Southern Tallow is rendered from 100% grass-fed & grass finished beef suet (kidney and loin fat) and slowly refined to produce a clean, stable, high heat cooking fat that enhances flavour without overpowering it.

Firm yet silky at room temperature, this tallow melts smoothly and quickly becomes an everyday staple in the kitchen, ideal for both home cooks and professional use.
